Thanks so much for coming in this morning! It was great to meet you!

Ballet Babies #3

I've photographed these lil girls before! :D They are soooo cute! And rambunctious! LOL but they were pretty good for me. I think they were either irritated with the tulle or loved it. It was like a love/hate relationship for them! But these are beautiful and I'm thrilled with them!

Ballet Baby #2

Here's another ballerina who came to help model for Ballet Babies. She did wonderfully as well! She brought her own costumes and used ours as well. :D

Ballet Baby #1

My first model showed yesterday afternoon and was so excited to do this session! She brought her own outfit and also used one of ours.

These are NOT your basic recital portraits. :D These are my loose interpretation of classic ballet paintings, done by artists such as Edward Degas.
The one below has an oil painting effect applied.
Look how beautiful this is with the toe shoe stand! Oh... I adore it!

Thank you Miss V for coming over and helping and playing with Monty! You rock! :D

A funny 2 year old that made ME laugh!

I strive to enjoy myself at every session I photograph. I love my job, or else I wouldn't be doing it! And I always have a good time.
This lil character I met last fall when I was photographing for the Holiday Portrait Spectacular and he just didn't want any part of me LOL. I did get a few good images of him then, but oh my heck was I surprised at how GREAT his images turned out for his birthday session!!!!!

He *loves* Thomas the Tank Engine! Look at how sweet and fantastic these grins are! And check out how precious the one with the bunny is!

Thanks L for coming over the other day and letting me have the opportunity to photograph him again. There are MANY more to come! I'm so happy he did so well!

Winter Wonderland on a sunny day!

It was a super sunny day, freezing cold and I can't believe these guys bit the bullet and sucked up the cold by wearing spring/summer clothes! But don't they look so cute? You've seen this couple before, I photographed their reunion a couple of weeks ago. Thanks so much for giving me the opportunity to photograph you guys again. I appreciate it.

The two locations we went to are on the back of base. Isn't it just beautiful???

OpLove reunion 3/8

You've all seen this family a couple of times, and I think they get cuter everytime I've seen them. I had the privilege to photograph their homecoming and I was grateful to do it. I have to say that I'm so very blessed to be a part of just a tiny moment in their lives that is such a HUGE moment in a year apart from each other. I'm glad to be a part of this great organization and grateful that their reunion happened first thing in the morning.

Please enjoy K's story.

Up wayyyyy too early! lol

Enjoying the giggle while it lasted...

*squeal* There he is!

He's right overrrrrrrrrrrr.... there!

I had to add this one... of course that's her husband right in the middle, but I made this shot wider because I love watching the soldiers stand at attention while moving their eyes trying to find their loved ones.

Waiting patiently a bit more longer...

A proud grandma stands behind a boy who missed his daddy a lot.

Our brave soldier helped another couple before he could be in the arms of his loved ones so this is their moment of impact... a sweet loving embrace.

There are no words...

The baby? Apparently she is showing her displeasure at just this precise moment of all the delays. LOL

Memorizing her face.

Awwww...

I love her glance after their kiss. So beautiful. *swoon*

Dad comforts baby.

Catching up...

Grandma captures Dad comforting the baby again.

I love his expression looking at his beloved daughter.

...yeah it didn't work.

All you can do is laugh.

Love these last shots.
