What a way to start the Memorial Day Weekend, by welcoming your sweetheart home from war. I was grateful to be here for their reunion and it was incredibly touching.

As I'm not able to do more than one OpLove reunion at the same time, dear friend Diana stepped in to assist with this reunion. Thanks Diana, and thanks to the B family for their sacrifice from being away from each other over the past year. Hope you enjoy this little fraction of the whole year, which ended up as a joyful reunion in each other's arms.

Operation: Love Reunited is an organization I am PROUD to be a member of. We photograph the families with a deploying member of the family before or during deployment for free, AND send the deployed person an album of his/her loved ones while he/she is gone to defend this great country of ours. And the most joyful part of this part of my job is when I get to photograph the reunions and capture all of the JOY and EMOTION!

This is but a small part of this family's big day. I know they were waiting for a long time... and had to wait a little longer before they finally arrived. BUT how great is this beautiful reunion? I really enjoyed being there to capture your reunion, Miss K... thanks for asking me to be there.

I love this one... Looks like the oldest was saying "lalalalala all this emotion hurts my ears." hahaha.
